Ed proudly served our country in the United States Air Force, and his commitment to serving others didn't end after his military career. Together, he and Cheryl refurbished and opened a church where they continue to pour their hearts into helping those around them. When we learned their story and discovered they were in need of a new HVAC system, we knew we wanted to help. In this video, you'll see our team install a brand-new heating and cooling system at no cost to Ed and Cheryl. More importantly, you'll hear the story behind why Project Ace exists and why giving back to local veterans means so much to everyone at Allegiance Heating & Air. We'd also like to thank Ed and Cheryl for welcoming our team into their home and trusting us throughout this project. Getting to know you both was a true blessing, and your kindness and servant hearts left a lasting impact on our entire team. Project Ace is about more than installing heating and cooling equipment. It's about honoring those who have served our country, building meaningful relationships, and giving back to the people who have sacrificed so much for our communities. Allegiance Heating & Air, LLC is proud to present Project Ace! Project Ace is a new outreach program to give back to Veterans. While no amount of money or words can adequately represent how thankful we are to each and every Veteran, Project Ace is an opportunity to attempt to express our gratitude.
Several times a year we will be giving away an HVAC unit to a local Veteran. We are leaving it up to the community to nominate a deserving Veteran. These men and women have sacrificed milestones with their families, lost their fellow service members, experienced tragedies that will forever be etched into their minds, all so we can breathe freely. Providing these Veterans with the comfort of heat in the Winter and air conditioning in the Summer is just one step we can take to say thank you for all the discomfort they went through for us. Allegiance Heating & Air, LLC stepped in to provide a free HVAC installation, restoring comfort to their home. Our team was recently approached by a home health nurse caring for Timothy, a veteran residing in New Albany, IN. Timothy had endured several weeks without heat, even over Christmas, and had been unable to find assistance for his furnace issues. Upon learning of his situation, we promptly offered to diagnose and repair his furnace at no cost through our Project Ace initiative. Our technician, Garrett, conducted a comprehensive inspection and performed the necessary repairs to ensure Timothy’s comfort and safety throughout the winter season.
During the service visit, Timothy shared stories of his time in the Army, highlighting his voluntary service during the Vietnam War—a testament to his family’s long-standing military tradition. Expressing gratitude for programs like Project Ace, Timothy appreciated our assistance and the continued support we provide to veterans in our community. We had a complete HVAC system and a hot water heater installed. The guys were professional, well mannered, and completed the work in a timely manner. Would definitely use them again.
I was nervous at first because my AC broke in the middle of 80 degree weather which is strange for April, but Allegiance Heating and Air was incredibly prompt and professional. The technician arrived within an hour, explained the problem clearly, and completed the repair. The technician , Mr. Garrett Moon was a very nice and courteous young man. He found the problem and fixed it within a timely manner. I highly recommend them for any heating or cooling needs. I’ll definitely give them a call again should I ever have another issue, but hopefully not. Knock on wood 😁. Give them a call… you won’t be disappointed!

Gilbert had to go above and beyond because York is no longer making the part for my furnace. But he was able to find a way to construct a housing bracket for my furnace. Ingenuity, determination and integrity is what finally got my furnace fixed. Gilbert is truly a one of a kind technician.
