"Garrett was very knowledgeable and took his time throughout the whole process. After having a previous company come out, I wanted a second opinion and I am super glad I did. Garrett looked in our crawl space and attic to ensure our ductwork was up to par. He carefully addressed our situation and provided various options to replace our heat pump and ductwork. He answered all the ridiculous questions I had and did not make me feel rushed. Would highly recommend!"

"My situation is a bit unique. I'm under contract for a home and due to the age of the HVAC system, wanted a thorough inspection. Allegiance was happy to help and even did their best to work the scheduling around the current homeowner's availability. Lucas was my technician and out of the 3-hr window, he arrived at the exact time the homeowner requested. Interactions with the office staff over the phone were very helpful and professional, no matter how many times I called to fine tune the timing. Lucas was also very professional, was thorough and efficient. I also asked quite a few questions and he was very willing to answer all of them patiently and in a very easy to understand way. "If I could put 10 stars I would!! Benjamin was awesome! Our AC went out in the middle of the night and was already 77 degrees at 9am. By noon it was 81 degrees in the shop. We have protein bars that can melt if they are not at least room temperature for a period of time. I called Allegiance and they sent somebody out within a couple hours. Benjamin was here for hours. Instead of us having pay a nice penny for a new unit, Benjamin found the problem with the old unit and had us back up and running!! Big shoutout to Allegiance Heating & Air.
